VF-103 The Jolly Rogers
Welcome to the VF-103 Jolly Rogers DCS Squadron, where we honor one of the most legendary names in naval aviation history. As virtual pilots flying the iconic F-14B Tomcat, we continue the proud legacy of the Jolly Rogers, renowned for their fearsome reputation, rich heritage, and signature skull-and-crossbones insignia. From their early days in World War II to their time in the cockpit of the mighty Tomcat, the Jolly Rogers have defined what it means to be an elite fighter squadron.
Our squadron is open to all who share a passion for aviation and the thrill of flying the F-14B. Whether you’re an experienced or fledgling DCS pilot or RIO, you’ll find a welcoming community here. Together, we’ll take on the exhilarating challenges of air-to-air dogfights, carrier operations, and precision bombing runs, all while mastering the complexities of the Tomcat’s unique systems, including its two-seat configuration with the RIO.
We try to honor our namesake through the camaraderie and skill that has defined this iconic squadron for generations. Join us in honoring the past while flying at the cutting edge of virtual combat. The skies await, and with the Jolly Rogers, every mission is a chance to prove your mettle. Victory is ours – FEAR THE BONES!
