“My intent is that VMFA-224 provides a structured and fun environment for our virtual pilots as they set out to embody the fighting spirit and tenacity of Flying Leathernecks. Through the use of a disciplined training program, we will develop our tactics, techniques, and procedures, making this squadron a lethal force in the skies of DCS World. I challenge each pilot of VMFA-224, both new and seasoned, to challenge yourself to hone your individual skills, develop your teamwork, and continue to increase your knowledge on your airframe and tactical skills.
